Rewards: Have lower points required for cash reward

Some of my friends were not doing well but still pushing hard and doing their best to hit the 35k points for $350 reward as they were pretty close but that $350 option recently disappeared, so they gave up as 40k points seems impossible to them. I believe if there were lesser points options like 10k points for $100 or even just $50, it would motivate some people to come back or push on if they are close to that target, even if things get tough.
