Add Quick Enable/Disable Button for Filtered Offers and Bulk Action Feature

I would like to propose a new feature that would make managing offers more efficient. Specifically, I suggest adding a button that enables us to quickly enable or disable filtered offers without navigating to a separate page or searching for them by ID. This feature would save valuable time and effort.

Additionally, it would be great to have a bulk action feature that allows us to select multiple offers and take an action on all of them at once, such as boosting or disabling. With this feature, we could manage our offers more efficiently and with less hassle.
